About Me

Designing architecture that adapts, connects, and endures.

I'm Nick van Ramshorst, an architecture graduate from TU Delft based in Utrecht. I enjoy designing architecture that brings people together while remaining adaptable to changing needs over time. Whether working on a cultural centre, a community hub, or housing, I'm interested in how thoughtful spatial design can strengthen everyday life and create lasting value.

My projects are grounded in research but developed through making. I enjoy moving between conceptual thinking and hands-on experimentation, whether that means building physical models, exploring the qualities of materials such as timber and glass, or testing new digital design tools. During an exchange semester in Sydney, I developed a deeper appreciation for architecture as a personal and spatial experience, an approach that continues to influence my work.

I completed my MSc in Architecture at TU Delft in 2026 and am looking to join a practice where I can continue developing as a designer, contributing with curiosity, technical understanding, and a strong interest in creating architecture that is both meaningful and enduring.
